DKPH intends to make a single contract award for travel-related services. 1. Travel-Related Services The Vendor will provide a variety of travel-related services upon request of DeKalb Public Health’s (DKPH) authorized employees to include but not necessarily limited to: ▪ Airline reservations and tickets – commercial (both single & multiple bookings) ▪ Employee hotel bookings ▪ Programmatic client hotel stays 2. Price Verification It is the successful vendor’s responsibility to ensure that DKPH is consistently provided the lowest available price for all travel-related services. 3. Customer Service Successful vendors must provide professional customer service at all times to all DKPH-authorized employees. Customer service must include, but not be limited to: • Prompt, courteous assistance. • Reservations (both routine and emergency). • Cancellations and refunds where applicable and possible. • Assisting traveling employees with changes in previously booked travel necessitated by layovers, delays, inclement weather, or other similar circumstances...
