1. Complete removal and disposal of the existing pool heater. 2. Furnish labor, equipment, materials, permits, and any other necessary elements required to install a natural gas pool heater for the location specified above. 3. The natural gas heater unit chosen must be sufficient to adequately heat a swimming pool with the following specifications: Pool Volume: 385,000 gallons Input Capacity: 1.5 million BTU Inlet/Outlet Size: 2.5 inches 4. The heater must comply with all applicable safety and environmental standards. 5. The installation will include all necessary connections for gas, water and electrical systems. 6. Must ensure proper integration with the existing pool system. 7. Perform operational testing to confirm functionality of the unit upon completion of the installation. 8. Educate and train designated staff on system operation and maintenance requirements. 9. Provide a product manual for the unit, warranty documentation and support terms. 10. Bidders must comply with all permitting requirements, be licensed in the State of WV and adhere to regulatory standards for pool installations.
