The project Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: • Meetings and coordination with the Town on a regular basis to review progress and solicit input. • Research of existing mapping, reports, and other data associated with the project corridor. • Topographic and right-of-way survey of existing site conditions. • State and Federal wetlands delineation and assessment. • Coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office, Natural Diversity Data Base, State and Federal Fisheries, CT DEEP Land and Water Resources Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. • Permit preparation and coordination at the Federal, State, and Local level • Hazardous/Contaminated materials investigation and design of required remediation measures, if any. • Assistance in coordination of Public Participation including attendance and participation at Town organized Public Information Meetings. • Assessment of right-of-way needs of the project, and assistance in obtaining any required rightof-way modifications or easements. • Development of preliminary and final design documents, and addressing any Town, SCRCOG, or CT DOT comments. • Development of preliminary and final construction cost estimates. • Assistance in project bidding, including attendance at pre-bid meeting, review of bids received, and recommendation of award. • Assistance to the Town during construction, including Design Services During Construction, as well as possible construction inspection and construction administration support
