The Mobile Medical-Dental Unit delivered by the Contractor to GFHC shall be constructed per the Contractor’s proposal to meet or exceed the following specifications unless a variance is requested and approved by GFHC during the bid process or noted and approved in the final contract award. The Mobile Medical-Dental Unit shall: 1. Be new or refurbished 2. Be gasoline powered 3. Be fully warranted from date of delivery for at least three (3) to five (5) years 4. CDL not required to operate vehicle 5. Approximate vehicle length: 29 feet or less 6. The desired delivery date for the mobile clinic is 180 days (or less) after contract execution Minimum Specifications: □ Automatic transmission □ Hydraulic power brakes □ Antilock braking system □ Power steering □ Back-up camera □ Commercial grade generator □ Lighting, including interior ceiling lights, interior under-cabinet lights, and exterior scene lighting (all LED) □ One (1) confidential Exam Room for the provision of either primary medical or dental services, with sufficient square footage to support full use of hybrid medical-dental procedure chair (outlined below) □ Two-bay sink in exam room with hot and cold water □ One (1) Reception/Vital Signs area with sink and workspace □ Restroom with toilet, mirror, paper towel dispenser, hand soap dispenser, trash receptacle, and cabinet a. Sink with hot and cold running water b. Fresh water holding tank and black water holding tank □ Bench seating with under-seat storage □ Paper Towel Dispenser □ Hand Sanitizer □ Exam Stool w/Back □ Wall-mounted diagnostic tool set □ Privacy curtain in exam room □ Sharps Disposable System □ Hybrid Medical/Dental Procedure Chair □ Custom Base & Upper Locking Cabinets throughout □ Corian Countertops □ Flooring shall be constructed of heavy-duty non-slip vinyl or similar material designed to withstand regular cleaning and disinfecting IT Specifications □ WIFI Sim7 Combo 4Gxelte w/Sim Card Slot □ Data jack for printer □ Data rack to hold 8-port rackmount switch and 8 port patch panel □ Data lines run from patch panel to Exam Room, terminated at a wall jack (Locations to be determined by build out plans.) □ Location for mounting a mini-desktop computer with monitor (Location to be determined by build out plans.) □ 12v DC power at data rack location for cellular router and 120v for network switch
