Create and maintain a project plan and manage New Orleans Violence Prevention Program during the length of the project. To provide case management software for those who are at risk of committing violence or those who have been victims of crime. The information is to be shared with NOHD, OVP, Ubuntu Village and Tulane VPI. This will keep track of resources, referrals and services given to our at-risk participants. Lead the effort to configure the most appropriate software program that will capture the goals of the OVP. Provide best-practice recommendations based on collective experience with nonprofit and public sector. Complete the project within agreed-upon timeline. Track issues affecting the project and bring them to timely fashion. Notify OVP of issues that might affect budget or scope of work. 2.
