Scope of Work: The contractor shall construct two new lift stations to replace the existing Sandy Lane and Ellerman Heights lift stations in Saint Paul, Alaska as shown in the attached plans and specifications. The work includes: • Construction of two new concrete wetwells including all associated piping, mechanical, and electrical components, • Construction of force and gravity sewer mains for the new lift stations to be connected to the existing sewer system, • Construction of new lift station buildings, including building pad, concrete footings, connection to the well, all associated site work, piping and all mechanical and electrical components, • Demolition of the existing lift stations and force and gravity mains.
