The scope of work associated with the highest priority of this project includes some level of renovation and restoration to four of the five buildings known as the Quad Angle Buildings. The buildings include Georgia Hall, Builder’s Hall, Kress Hall, and Roosevelt Hall. The goal of the project is to complete as much work as possible on the five buildings. Georgia Hall is one of the historic buildings on the campus containing the main administration space and dining hall. The building serves as one of the primary communal areas on campus. It includes meeting space and serves as the Command Center in emergency operation. The facility includes the RWS Georgia Hall Kitchen which serves as the preparation and cooking area for the cafeteria meals served on campus. This building encompasses roughly 26,000 square feet of space. Scope: -Exterior building envelop study & repair. -Replacing stairs. -Extending fire alarm & sprinkler. -Replacing Condenser water loop. -Replacing the shell and tube heat exchanger, tertiary pump, valves & controls. -Expand digital HVAC controls. -Clean in place the plate and frame heat exchanger. -Complete renovations of bathrooms throughout the building. -Updating Signage and Wayfinding -Modernize Hydraulic Elevator. -Mill and repave asphalt parking and drop off. -Replace concrete paved area at south side of east wing. -Refurbish/Overhaul cooling tower -Replace remaining heat pumps -Replace Mitsubishi split system -Replace 2-ton heat pump unit. -Replace remaining galvanized domestic piping. -Replace PVI Water Heater -Repair plaster walls, ceiling finishes, & interior repainting.
