This project represents a significant overhaul of essential mechanical system infrastructure, specifically tailored for the modernization and enhancement of facility operations. In addition to the mechanical systems to be overhaul, the project scope also includes the renovation of the existing Dining Hall and the construction of a new Kitchen to replace the existing kitchen. Roofs on the majority of buildings will be replaced and the project scope could include some window replacement and glazing. The prison will remain operational during the project and the scope of work to be completed will require phasing due to the housing units being partially occupied.
