ervices sought by this RFP include the following: 1. Evaluate and understand the quantity of MBR effluent that could be available for reuse to a third party during winter and summer months as defined in Schedule A of TC’s NPDES permit issued May 2024. The analysis will assume normal CAS side operation. Essentially, how much water and when, without affecting permit limits or plant operations. 2. Understand history of the CAS side being unable to meet permit without addition of MBR water. 3. Determine seasonal quantities of MBR effluent available when only outfall 001 is in use. 4. Determine seasonal quantities of MBR effluent available when only outfall 002 is in use. 5. Determine seasonal quantities of MBR effluent available when outfalls 001 and 002 are in use concurrently. 6. Understand feasibility of reducing CAS side treatment, during each permit cycle, in favor of increased volume through the MBR to further increase available Class A water for reuse. This includes understanding any operational challenges in reducing flow to the CAS side during seasonal flows and the impact to the MBR of increased flows.
