1.1. Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (“eRFQ”) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Tactical Electronics Camera System to the GA Department of Public Safety (DPS) (hereinafter, “the State Entity”) as further described in this eRFQ. The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid for one (1) each Tactical Electronics CORE Tactical Kit - 17' and one (1) each Tactical Electronics SWIFT Pole Camera 1.75M Kit. See line items and attached specifications for more detailed information. This is a sole-brand bid, no substitutions will be accepted. The price quoted must include all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees. No additional charges will be allowed.
