The contractor will be responsible for performing all work and/or supplying all materials as specified. The contractor will ensure proper performance of the work as well as proper operation of any equipment used and/or installed on this project. Only electrically operated machines are to be used in CSC facilities. The use of gasoline, propane, etc., type machines is strictly prohibited. All carpeted surfaces shall be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner that is equipped with a beater bar/brush. Contractor shall be responsible for all handling, off-loading, hoisting and transporting tools, equipment and cleaning supplies to the work location. Contractor shall not use basic bleach as a cleaning agent. Chemicals for general cleaning shall include, but not be limited to basic janitorial cleaning products, i.e. mild sanitizer/disinfectant, general/all-purpose cleaner, window/glass cleaner.
