The project includes the construction of water treatment plant facility upgrades at the existing Ashland Water Treatment Facility. The improvements will include modifications to the ozone treatment system, new pre-treatment basins capable of 60 MGD, associated residuals handling facilities, and hydraulic improvements for up to 120 MGD.
