The project generally consists of the following (the Work): 1. Mobilization, erosion and sediment control, traffic control. 2. 320 linear feet of 6 inch CIPP liner installation. 3. 2,690 linear feet of 8 inch CIPP liner installation. 4. 870 linear feet of 12 inch CIPP liner installation. 5. 170 linear feet of 15 inch CIPP liner installation. 6. 70 linear feet of 36 inch CIPP liner installation. 7. Service lateral line reconnections. 8. Pipe video inspection. 9. Performance of extra work as called for by the specifications and plans. BID ITEM NO. 1 MOBILIZATION Measurement shall be on a lump sum (LS) basis per Section 00210.80 of the Standard Specifications. Payment shall be per Section 00210.90 of the Standard Specifications, including all preparatory work and operations necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, materials and incidentals to the project site and for all other costs incurred before the beginning of work as well as any other work included in the Contract Documents which is not specifically listed in other Bid items. The amounts paid for mobilization in the Contract progress payment will be based on the percentage of the Original Contract amount that is earned from other Contract items. When 5% is earned, either 50% of the amount for mobilization or 5% of the original Contract amount, whichever is the least. When 10% is earned, either 100% of mobilization or 10% of the original Contract amount, whichever is the least.
