The following specifications have been established as a minimum standard for the purpose of procuring fresh and healthy meal vending machines for the City's Department of Transportation. Minimum Meal Options: Machines are to hold fresh and healthy meal options (low salt, low sugar, fruits, salads, veggies, etc.) along with snacks and other food related items. Location Specs: A. Admin Building – 2nd Floor Break Room 1. Maximum dimensions of available space: 28” (w) x 45 (d) 2. Electrical wattage available in the space: 110V, 15 amps B. Maintenance Building – 2nd Floor Landing (near fitness room) 1. Maximum dimensions of available space: 28 (w) x 34 (d) 2. Electrical wattage available in the space: 110V, 15 amps. Provide examples of meal selections. Machines must be re-stocked at a minimum of three (3) times a week, including holidays, supplying a minimum of four (4) main meal options (excludes snacks and fruit selections). Vendor shall also provide routine cleaning, maintenance, and repair services. Vendor shall process refunds requested by employees within 48 hours.
