● A company to supply commercial 2’x4’ LED Troffer panel retrofit fixtures, 45W power and CCT 30W, 35W, or 45W adjustable. ● The district will be ordering a minimum of 1,200 and a maximum of 2,000 fixtures between January 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025. ● The price in the bid will need to be effective until June 30, 2025. The district will place multiple orders during the timeframe. ● Price must include delivery of the product. ● Bids that include a Rocky Mountain Power rebate are preferred. Company will need to put a price with the rebate and without the rebate. Not all fixtures will qualify for the Rocky Mountain Power rebate. ● Include the specifications of the fixture you are proposing. ● Beaver County School District will accept bids for other recommended products with other specifications for this lighting project. Vendors are invited to recommend other products. However, the specifications indicated above are preferred.
