1. Scope of Services For the inspection of all fire-rated doors on the grounds of Hawaii State Hospital and provide a report of inspected doors. Inspection must follow all standards and codes of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 80, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 105, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standard EC.02.03.05. a. Inspection of 441 fire-rated doors in buildings on the grounds of Hawaii State Hospital. b. Provide an inspection report to HSH facility manager within ten (10) days of completed door inspection. Performance • The contractor shall provide a schedule for acceptance by HSH for all required inspection a minimum of two (2) weeks before the actual service occurs. • The contractor shall provide a sufficient number of certified personnel to perform the work and be prepared to complete the inspection within the scheduled time frame.
