The home will be designed with common areas that promote interaction. The home will have private bedrooms that allow for personal storage and décor. The home shall be designed to always have kitchen access. The home will have private space to allow residents to visit with family and friends. The home will have a private yard or outdoor space, including safety precautions, for outside relaxation, socializing and physical fitness. The home will be modified by RCFE licensure so individuals may age in place. The home will also have an operable automatic fire sprinkler and alternative power source to operate all functions of the facility for a minimum of six hours in the event the primary power source is interrupted.
