Washington County Sheriff’s Office is seeking bids for the Replacement of the failed HMI/PLC controls on a Kohler SGP‐1001 Paralleling Switchgear s/n ES‐29758 with a Kohler 800ROZD4 generator set s/n 0783065 o Utility outage: The system (In Auto) will open the utility source circuit breaker, start the generator and once rated speed and voltage are achieved close the generator circuit breaker all within 7 seconds. o Return of utility power: The system will after stabilization timer elapses will perform a closed or open transfer back to the utility source by opening the generator circuit breaker and closing the utility source circuit breaker without interruption to the power to the facility and after a 5‐minute cooldown shut down the generator. o Isolation Mode: When selected the system will start the generator and once rated speed and voltage are reached the system will perform a soft closed transfer from the utility source to the generator source and stay on the generator emergency system until the retransfer is selected without interruption of power to the facility. Then the system will perform a soft closed transfer back to the utility source, open the generator circuit breaker and after cooldown shutdown the genset. o Automatic (programmable) Exercising: Program will automatically exercise the generator on a schedule.
