WORK INCLUDED MCISD is seeking bids on adding additional video cameras and installation to our existing Video Insight and i-PRO cameras as described below. The MCISD is asking vendors to complete and answer all questions on the bid response form later in this RFP. While a site visit is not required, it is highly recommended. HARDWARE SPECIFICATIONS MCISD is seeking bids for 37 new i-PRO cameras and other necessary components as described below. 34 of the cameras will be for the interior hallways of our campus and we have no existing interior cameras currently installed. The specifications below are i-PRO cameras to be used with Video Insight VMS solution video software, and we are not interested in other comparable solutions. Please review the attached maps in Appendix A for the placement of the cameras and coverage. Vendors can submit alternative configuration(s), if desired, that would offer similar or additional coverage. • 34 WV-S22500-V3L 5MP Vandal Resistant Indoor Cameras • 3 WV-S1536LTA 2MP Outdoor Bullet Cameras for LPR capabilities • 2 WV-QWL500-W Wall Mounting Bracket Kits for 2 of the 3 outdoor cameras • 1 mount for Camera 35 on map to attach to light pole • 5-year Camera Warranty or Greater with Next Business Day Exchanges • 3 LPR licenses for the S1536LTA cameras We previously deployed 45 i-PRO AI cameras on the i-PRO NVR-RL-1-60TB-V3 server. It is a Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650, Serial Number J102A5VB. We currently have 5 x 12.0TB 7.2K 6Gbps SATA 3.5” HDD (Part Number D7A01906) drives in the server and need to add 3 more of these drives to maximize the capacity of this server with the proper hard drive caddies. We are currently utilizing 40 of the 44TB of usable space for the existing cameras. The additional drives will add an additional 36 TB of usable storage with RAID 5 that is currently configured. The vendor should confirm if the available storage space is adequate for the new cameras on this RFP as we do continuous 15 fps recording at the highest resolution for 30 days before overwriting the storage. The LPR cameras may have different specifications than the interior cameras we are asking for so please take that into consideration. Currently, this server is also running the Active Guard for our existing AI cameras, but we will be moving Active Guard to a dedicated virtual server to free up resources on this server for the additional cameras.
