• Perform Systems Assurance review with LA County team. Consultant along with IBM CE’s shall review the physical requirements of the processor. • Inspect the current environment. • Validate all the required cables and VLANs. • Validate the equipment once received. • Generate, install and test an IOCP for specific environment as required functionality to be tested and verified. • Assist with customizing support elements and Hardware Management Console. • Validate microcode level and upgrade if required, test and verify. • Provide product solution development services, architecture and design services, migration, and support of the proposed technology solution. • Provide ongoing technical non-defect support for IBM hardware and software. • Ensure the implementation is done with limited outage. • perform follow-up meetings after 30 days of implementation.
