The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking quotes from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide quotes to offer training courses on various topics, including business writing (covering editing, proofreading, grammar, and punctuation), leadership, management, coaching, focus groups, and team building techniques in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein. The selected service providers shall deliver these services during regular business hours at a City facility in Santa Ana. The anticipated term of the agreement is for an initial period of three (3) years. The City may at its discretion, extend the agreement with the same or more limited scope of required services for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The anticipated agreement is expected to include an estimated 2 to 6 training programs each year.
