The selected vendor will be required to provide the following services: Abatement of Invasive Species: Removal of kudzu and other invasive plant species. Clearing of Vegetation and Debris: Removal of all brush, bramble, weeds, vines, small trees, fallen limbs, and any debris. Removal of Unsafe Trees: Removal of mature trees deemed weak, unstable, diseased, or unsafe. This includes trees that inhibit the growth of healthier trees. Right-of-Way Cleaning: Clear and clean the rights-of-way between the edge of the parcel and the street or sidewalk. Grading and Drainage: Grade the parcel to ensure proper drainage. Erosion Control: Install appropriate erosion control measures, such as grass seeding, straw, and silt fencing. Disposal of Debris: Chipped and shredded plant material may be left onsite if mixed into the topsoil, excluding kudzu, pinecones, or any plants capable of seeding during the process. All other debris will be removed from property.
