The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is in need of Security System Upgrade Services (CCTV) at the CHP Auburn Area office. Contractor agrees to provide the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, payment bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide the services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Note: This is a standalone system that is not connected to the CHP network. A. Contractor State License Board Requirement: C-7 or C-10 Electrical Contractor License. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate and submit prior to the execution of contract.
