A. Surface preparation and application of paint systems to aboveground fuel tank surfaces to conform to the State of California Air Resources Board Executive Order (EO) VR-301-I, Standing Loss Control Vapor Recovery Systems for Existing Installations of Aboveground Storage Tanks (AGST). Inspect AGST for rust, remove and repair identified rusted areas. Install safety bollards sleeves. 1. Install fourteen (14) new standard bollard covers safety sleeves. 2. Material: 1/8-inch nominal wall thickness High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic with ultraviolet additives to resist fading, withstand extreme temperatures and anti-static additives. 3. Fade resistant up to six (6) years. 4. Foam strip installation ensure a secure fit. 5. Durable, flexible HDPE plastic design to absorb impact. 6. Pipe Diameter Sizes: Fits four (4) inch and six (6) inch pipe. 7. Height: thirty-six (36) inches to sixty (60) inches, customized to fit snuggly and securely. 8. Flat top standard bollard cover – yellow. 9. Two recessed reflective stripes to increase visibility and safety – red. B. Surface preparation and application of paint systems shall include the gas pump doors and the storage box(s).
