The IFA is seeking a 12-month contract with Rising Sun Strategies-through 12/14/25 to work with the Illinois Finance Authority (IFA) Illinois Climate Bank to facilitate the efficient and rapid receipt and deployment of awarded federal funds, focusing on programs such as the US EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Program CPRG, US DOE Grid Resilience Program, and any other awarded initiatives by the EPA, DOE, or other federal entities. Rising Sun Strategies has significant experience helping EV companies navigate government funding and grant processes. Rising Sun Strategies has successfully secured substantial federal funding, developed go-to-market strategies targeting government, real estate developers, and utilities, and ensured compliance with federal requirements. This experience is directly aligned with the scope of work, particularly in securing and deploying federal funds. Vendors experience in working with state and local governments ensures it successfully navigates complex stakeholder environments and economic sectors, making the vendor ideal for appropriately deploying, managing, and ensuring compliance with federal funds and aligning with Illinois policy initiatives.
