Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) is soliciting proposals for a strategic partner with a proven record of establishing and successfully operating a college bookstore with a focus on service to the campus community who can be described as an innovative and cutting-edge provider. This partnership should provide quality educational materials to students at the lowest possible cost in support of our role in the OKC metropolitan area as a valued provider of education to first-generation students and maximize alternative sources of revenue in support of the institutional mission and strategic goals. The selected Vendor shall have the sole and exclusive privilege of, and responsibility, for operating and maintaining the designated space. The Vendor shall also have the nonexclusive right to use the College name, logo, and marks on soft goods, stationery, and other items manufactured for sale in the space. Royalties shall be paid to the appropriate agency for the use of these marks.
