The Kane County Division of Transportation is requesting professional services from a qualified engineering consultant firm to complete various ‘On-Call’ Design Engineering Assistance task items for Phase I/II projects. It is anticipated that the Consultant will provide engineering services, which may include; but not be limited to the following: Detailed topographic and/or field condition survey for the planning and design of a project Preparation of traffic counts and studies, analysis of crash data and any special intersection studies that may be required to furnish data for the design of the proposed improvement An Alternatives Analysis An Intersection Design Study Geotechnical/pavement investigations, to determine roadway structural design, as well as CCDD screening Environmental planning documents, as well as any updates and/or required documents Location Drainage Study Hydraulic Report Project Reports and/or Memos Estimate of construction costs
