You are invited to submit a Bid for Chugach Work Order E2220061, South Campus Pole Relocation - Phase 1. Chugach is creating a new laydown yard at their south campus facility and needs several existing 138kV transmission and 34.5kV subtransmission lines realigned to reduce structure quantity and guy anchors to optimize access and storage of materials and equipment. The transmission and subtransmission lines are getaways and interconnections to Chugach’s International Transmission Substation (ITSS) and International Substation (INSS). Existing transmission and subtransmission line structures, foundations, conductors, guys and anchors will be retired, and the new structures, pile foundations, conductor, and guys installed. Existing and new 138kV conductors are 795 kcmil, ACSR “Drake”. Existing and new 34.5kV conductors are 795 kcmil AAC “Arbutus”.
