This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is for the purpose of acquiring Proposals from interested firms to assist the Department with the management, coordination, design, and inspection of freight railroad-involved projects statewide. Represent DelDOT at meetings with railroad companies, DelDOT management and staff, legislators, municipalities, and the general public. Services include but are not limited to the following: Inspection and Design.
