The selected proposer shall provide a thorough evaluation of the existing operating and treatment conditions of the existing WTP and identify alternatives to upgrade the facility to meet the EPA’s PFAS drinking water regulations in the most efficient and cost effective way. The evaluation of existing conditions shall include, but is not limited to the following: 1. One (1) site visit: • To discuss existing conditions and current operations with City Staff, • Observe pilot study, • Discuss treatment goals for PFAS removal, and • Discuss any other topics considered necessary by the selected proposer. 2.
