The STATE is soliciting proposals for a seamless web-based solution to combine and update all the aspects of NDHP permitting system. STATE prefers a configurable SaaS solution to combine and update all the aspects of NDHP permitting system. This solution will be used by North Dakota Highway Patrol to issue permits to the commercial vehicle industry. This solution will be used in coordination with the North Dakota Department of Transportation and will require system integration with existing systems currently used by both agencies as described in Attachment A, Scope of Work, Tab 3.2.1, T8. The STATE has approximately 200 internal system users who have access to system processes and would require unlimited public access for purchasing permits.
