Specifications include, but are not limited to: West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (“BOG”) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (“WVU” or “University”) is initiating this Request for Bids (“RFB”) from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors to replace windows at five (5) building on the West Virginia University – Institute of Technology campus in Beckley, WV; Remove window blinds, clean and retain to reinstall. Contractor may choose to remove and replace with new shades if preferred. WVU uses Caldwell Premier Sunshades, with 1% net openness, color must match existing shades. Contractor may submit equal sunshade option for approval. Remove and properly dispose of existing windows ; Clean and prepare rough opening
