A. Service Level 1 (Sport) (NOT USED IN THIS CONTRACT) Sites at this service level will be groomed and finished to the highest possible standard. Visitors to these sites will perceive no grounds maintenance deficiencies at any time. Turf should never be more than 3.5 inches tall but never less than 2 inches tall. Site will be maintained at minimum twice weekly. Work to be completed in each maintenance cycle includes: 1. Pickup, removal, and proper disposal of litter, and debris. Mowing over trash is prohibited. 2. Mowing, trimming, and edging. 3. Removal/blowing of grass clippings, leaves, or other debris from paved areas, playgrounds, and athletic fields and courts. 4. Removal and disposal of downed tree limbs. 5. Non-Chemical removal of plant growth in cracks, joints, and seams of paved areas, and along fence lines preferred where detrimental to turf. Herbicide use allowed with prior approval by City designee. 6. Removal of advertisement yard signs. 7. The areas shall not be scalped nor windrows of clippings scattered across the area or onto paved surfaces. 8. Mowing pattern direction shall be altered every maintenance cycle 9. Equipment shall be cleaned of lawn residue between locations. 10. Special Conditions included in service contract apply. B. Service level 2 (Improved Non-sport, Park Level) Sites at this service level look groomed and finished to a high standard. Turf should never be more than 4 inches tall but never less than 2.5 inches tall. Site will be maintained weekly. Work to be completed in each maintenance cycle includes: 1. Pickup, removal, and proper disposal of litter, and debris. Mowing over trash is prohibited. 2. Mowing, trimming, and edging. 3. Removal/blowing of grass clippings, leaves, or other debris from paved areas, playgrounds, any athletic fields, courts, splash pads, and other facilities. 4. Removal and disposal of downed tree limbs. 5. Non-Chemical removal of plant growth in cracks, joints, and seams of paved areas, and along fence lines preferred where detrimental to turf. Herbicide use allowed with prior approval by City designee. 6. Removal of advertisement yard signs. 7.
