SCOPE OF WORK Work sites are located on the first floor of the State Laboratories Facility located at 2725 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, HI 96782. AHU # 4 Remove and dispose of non-functional VFD. Purchase, deliver and install new VFD, Electro-Mechanical Bypass, NEMA 3R Enclosure – 3 Contactor Modular Plug and Play Platform | Main Fuse Disconnect, and any other needed materials. Connect new VFD to the building Automation System (Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator). Replacement materials shall be new. VFD shall be a Danfoss VLT HVAC Drive | 460 VAC | 30.0 HP or equivalent. Start and Test with new VFD installed. AHU # 2 Remove, clean, rewind grounded motor for AHU # 2.
