Livingston County is requesting proposals for the insulation of its recently constructed 50’W x 64’ L x 14’ H, post frame Drive Thru Facility located at 310 E. Torrance Ave., in Pontiac Illinois. All proposals shall include all preparation, labor, materials and supervision, etc., to provide spray foam insulation on all walls, gables and roof line within the building. Minimum Requirements R‐20 closed cell foam on all walls and gables R‐30 closed cell foam on the roofline Thermal barrier coating All necessary permits as may be required Materials, installation and testing shall be in accordance with the latest adopted edition of State and Local code procedures, methods and requirements as interpreted by the authority having jurisdiction (City of Pontiac Building & Zoning Department). Alternate #1 Paint all foam white (please also indicate the standard foam color should this option not be selected)
