Proposed construction will consist of redeveloping the existing high school campus to include a new 2-story high school building as well as proposed parking lots and access drives, a field house building, athletic fields, and associated SWM facilities. The proposed building is to be located within an area of the site currently occupied by athletic fields and the proposed athletic facilities are located within an area of the existing building. At this time, there are five locations where SWM facilities are proposed throughout the campus. The results of infiltration testing have been provided under separate cover. The 2-story high school will consist of masonry and steel-framing and will be constructed atgrade (i.e., no basement level is proposed). The finished floor elevation for the building is anticipated to be EL 84.0. Existing grades in the proposed building area range from EL 79 to EL 83, which will require fills of up to approximately 5 feet to achieve the proposed building pad subgrade elevation. For our analysis, we have assumed structural loads on the order of 3 to 5 kips per linear foot for walls and 100 to 150 kips for columns...
