Osawatomie State Hospital is seeking competitive bids for an Interior Courtyard Renovation project on the Biddle Building located on the Osawatomie State Hospital campus. Services to be provided: Demolition of two trees and trimming of one remaining tree. Remove inlet and storm drainage piping and replace per utility plan. Remove existing concrete sidewalks and stone planters. Install concrete sidewalks and recreational concrete pads. Painting & striping of concrete. Install tables, benches, and recreational equipment and anchor to the concrete pad. Grade all existing soil to correct elevations that will provide drainage away from building and to storm drainage inlet. Replace existing hose bib. Install emergency exit lighting. Install Fire Alarm audio/visual above door. Provide all requirements of attached construction bid documents.
