Collaborate with the HMIHC Pre/Inter-Conception Workgroup to identify, investigate, and resolve barriers to same-day LARC access in healthcare settings. Responsibilities include: Inventorying provider and patient barriers across settings (e.g., pharmacies, hospitals, clinics). Developing and implementing targeted solutions (e.g., improving reimbursement processes, stocking protocols). Building ongoing partnerships with healthcare providers to facilitate solutions. Organize and attend meetings with representatives from: Hospitals, clinics, and primary care providers. MCHB and Med-QUEST Division staff. Key stakeholders and HMIHC workgroups. Meetings may be held in person, virtually, or via teleconference. Meeting minutes or notes will be submitted to MCHB and HMIHC. Provide monthly updates on strategy implementation to MCHB and HMIHC. Attend HMIHC Pre/Inter-Conception Workgroup meetings to report progress and address challenges. Distribute relevant materials, including presentations, meeting agendas, and reports, to MCHB and HMIHC members. Submit a final project report, summarizing findings and outcomes, within 30 days after the contract ends.
