3.1.1 Contract Item #1: Amped FIVE Professional (GOV), or Equal. 3.1.1.1 The Vendor must provide a quantity of one (1) Perpetual License of Amped FIVE Professional (GOV), or Equal, software system and maintenance and support for one (1) year. 3.1.1.1.1 The Vendor must provide on-premise software system. 3.1.1.1.2 The Vendor must provide a forensic image and video processing software capable of the following: • Importing images and videos from mobile phones, cameras, and proprietary formats. • Selecting Frames of interest based on criteria. • Enhancing images with intensity adjustments deblurring and frame integration. • Analyze and Measure people or objects in images to measure height and size. • Redacting sensitive information, or pixelating specific areas of image, and annotating images. • Reporting processing steps and scientific methodology. 3.1.2 Contract Item #2: Maintenance and Support 3.1.2.1 The Vendor must provide software maintenance and support. 3.1.2.1.1 Vendor must provide support coverage by email during business hours. 3.1.2.2 The Vendor must provide software maintenance and support services. 3.1.2.2.1 The Vendor must provide support coverage by email or telephone Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM (excluding state and federal holidays) for troubleshooting technical issues with a response time not to exceed 48-hours. 3.1.2.2.2 The Vendor must provide access to knowledge-based, technical documentation, and online support resources. 3.1.2.2.3 The Vendor must provide access to software updates, upgrades, service packs, and product releases to keep software operating effectively and efficiently at all times. 3.1.3 Alternative ‘or Equal’ Submission 3.1.3.1 Vendor submitting an alternate brand must provide alternate brand information with alternative product number on Pricing Page when submitting bid response. Failure to submit documentation will lead to vendor’s bid being disqualified.
