➢ Pants, Shirts, Jackets and Caps shall be of top-quality material and workmanship. No rejects or irregulars will be accepted. If found defective. The MHA shall have the option of returning the garment for refund or exchange. ➢ Successful vendor will be responsible for measuring and sizing each employee at the MHA Maintenance Facilities. Due to the number of employees and to not disturb daily work schedules, the sizing will take place at MHA’s convenience. ➢ The MHA reserves the right to purchase additional uniform items other than the ones listed below. ➢ Each person’s uniform shall be individually packaged or wrapped, and each employee’s full name stated correctly on the package.
