1. Lump Sum Remove existing light pole assemblies, demolish concrete foundations and provide compacted backfill to fill the holes as indicated on the drawings. Provide new light pole assemblies, underground electrical distribution system, tree protection, pavement restoration, and all other improvements as indicated on the drawings, complete in place. Work includes coordinating, scheduling, BMPs, placing appropriate warning signs as indicated by the Officer-in-Charge, and disposal in a lawful manner. 2. Force Account Force Account for tree trimming (including the services of a certified arborist), as determined and directed on-site by the Officer-in-Charge. The Contractor shall perform all work on a force account basis and shall be compensated in accordance with Section 5.4.9 Force Account of the General Conditions. Unused portion of the Force Account shall remain with the City
