a. The contractor is responsible to furnish, install, startup and test all work indicated in the drawings and specifications unless it is explicitly indicated as “work by others”. b. Demolish existing rooftop HVAC systems as indicated. Remove associated wiring, conduit, piping and controls. Where demolition disturbs existing surfaces and assemblies the contractor shall patch and paint to match existing construction. c. Furnish, install test and startup all other non-OFCI materials and equipment as indicated in Drawings and Specifications. d. Provide all mechanical, electrical, structural, controls, fire protection and alarm, and incidental work required to accomplish scope shown. e. Integrate packaged equipment BACnet controllers into existing building management system, see points list and sequence of operations.
