Spartanburg County is seeking qualified vendors to complete a Modular / Interchangeable BoltIn prop System Training Building. This project will be turn-key construction and should include all permitting, NFPA Compliance Certified Engineering, site prep, and concrete. The building should include complete modularity and interchangeable bolt-in construction system for all components and features. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATION: • 40’high cube new/one trip shipping containers • Windows with sliding style for VES that will accept drywall or another type of material to clear • NFPA complaint roof deck with railing • 3 level interior return staircase/multilevel • Exterior staircase with railing • Force Doors: needs to have crush portion, inward outward swinging, hinge cutting, panic bar cut thru system, lock pulling • Roof Vent Prop: has to have adjustable pitch, accept numerous sides of trust supports and drywall wall pan below cut portion • Balcony on the Conex building • Bailout anchors at numerous locations...
