The Office of Commissioner of Insurance “OCI” needs to establish a new open agency contract for upfitting our fleet vehicles. Our fleet requiring upfitting mostly consists of Ford F-150s & Ford Explorers but make and model may vary due to availability and most of them are law enforcement vehicles. OCI will not commit to a minimum quantity. This is an open agency contract for one (1) year with four (4) optional renewal years. OCI will only accept proposals from Suppliers able to meet the turn-around times specified in this solicitation as a minimum, three business days for full upfitting, two business days for bed cover and vaults. OCI will provide final inspection prior to acceptance. Installation services will be at the Supplier’s facility. OCI will deliver the vehicles to the Supplier’s facility. At this point the Supplier is responsible for the vehicles. OCI will pick up the vehicles from the Supplier’s facility once the work is complete. All Suppliers must offer a minimum of a 5-year installation warranty. The warranty document should be uploaded to the bid.
