Overview of Requested Services. Graphic Design. RSA maintains an in-house Communications Department, which is responsible for the day-to-day graphic design service needs of RSA. This RFP seeks a vendor to assist the Communications Department with graphic design for projects such as annual reports, logos, photography, videography, custom charts and tables, banners, posters, handbook covers, and other special publications and projects on an as-needed basis. Website Design. RSA maintains an in-house ITS Department, which is responsible for the day-to-day ITS service needs and cybersecurity needs of RSA. This RFP seeks a vendor to collaborate with both the Communications Department and the ITS Department to design, redesign, and/or update intranet and/or internet websites on an as-requested basis. RSA’s current website is located at www.rsa-al.gov. The website platform is in ExpressionEngine, and RSA does not wish to change this platform. Web Support Services. This RFP seeks a vendor who will provide qualified web support for RSA throughout the term of the agreement.
