The Facilities Management Department is requesting qualifications from architectural/engineering professionals experienced in all aspects of creating a municipal services campus master plan. The selected firm will undertake the following: Preparation of a site survey that identifies any design, construction, or environmental limitations at a potential construction site: 4 South Eagleville Road; 10 South Eagleville Road; 303 Maple Road. This would involve a comprehensive examination of the sites topography, soil type, vegetation, climate, existing structures and utilities, and surrounding land use. Preparation of a Phase One site environmental report which shall include an investigation of the properties current and historical uses. The investigation shall determine if there is a potential for hazardous conditions that might be present on the properties. Geotechnical exploration to obtain information on the physical properties of soil earthworks and foundations for proposed structures. A geotechnical investigation will include surface exploration and subsurface exploration of the sites.
