The successful Respondent shall: 4.1.1 Deliver instruments that meet the specifications in Section 5. 4.1.2 Immediately notify the State of any updated modification, parts, or programs associated with the equipment purchased during the term of the Contract. This shall include an explanation of added benefit, the necessity for the change, and cost of upgrading the current instrument or software with these changes. 4.2 Respondent shall provide the following items upon request: 4.2.1 One hundred (100) mouth pieces. 4.2.2 Approved Evidential Breath Test Device capable of Dry Gas analysis and all items necessary for device to function. 4.2.3 Keyboard, if necessary. 4.2.4 Heated breath tube. 4.2.5 External printer via USB port. 4.2.6 Power cords, and connection cables for computer interface (if needed). 4.2.7 Heated simulator hoses, if hoses are required, and/or have comparable connections provided for existing Guth Model 12V500 wet bath simulators. 4.2.8 Color touch screen, real time graph representation of the alcohol curve and the breath flow, internal memory, and custom printable forms for the Agency
