The CMS awarded shall provide the following: The CMS shall comply with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) UL 827 Central Station Alarm Services. The CMS shall provide UL certificates annually upon expiration and before the beginning of the contract to the Maine Army National Guard Program Administrator. The CMS shall provide Training onsite or via the web at no cost and no later than one month prior to start of the contract start date. The training will include but is not limited to: Account set up Reporting capabilities Running reports and printing reports Viewing account history Making changes as necessary to any field of the accounts The CMS shall Provide for daily, weekly or monthly cell phone tests. The CMS shall provide personnel to answer calls 24/7. The CMS shall monitor, log, and store events for two years minimum. The CMS shall provide immediate notification of alarms or trouble conditions to authorized users for each account. The CMS shall have redundant Central Monitoring Station location(s) or redundant communication and power systems that would allow alarm signals to be rerouted automatically with no loss of services, in the event that the primary facility has a loss of signal and/or power. The CMS shall provide two toll free phone numbers for contact ID reporting. CMS shall have multiple redundancies for phone communication. The CMS shall allow tours of the facility at any time. If the CMS also provides Answering Services, this service shall be provided separately from monitoring services in a different location, this location being either a different room in the facility or different building. Personnel shall not be providing Answering Services while monitoring alarms. None of these monitoring sensors will be placed on the SOM Wide Area Network (WAN).
