City- County of Butte-Silver Bow (BSB) in partnership with Highlands College (HC) will accept proposals for the acquisition of the following property: This home is approximately 1,400 square feet consisting of three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. This home contains the following: 2 x 6 exterior framing with an insulation value of R-26 Electric baseboard heaters Electric hot water heater Asphalt shingle roof Laminated vinyl plank flooring in kitchen and bathrooms with enough material to finish the living room and hallway Cabinets, vanities with countertops, sinks bathtub/shower in guest bathroom, walk-in shower in master bathroom and toilets. The purpose of this invitation for proposals is to offer the above-described property for private ownership and use. This goal of the RFP is to solicit bids for the purchase of the modular home, and to move the home to a permanent location, providing affordable housing and the betterment of the community of BSB. The responder must show financial ability to purchase the home, ownership of property to place the home and the ability to construct a foundation and connection of all required utilities to allow occupancy of the home.
