Please review and provide any feedback or recommendations regarding each of these changes: Timeframes have been updated to be more consistent with one another, using calendar days instead of business days whenever possible, throughout the SOW. Activity Log Note requirements have been changed from 30 calendar days to 15 calendar days for all support coordinator activities. The Employment Pathway tool will now be a required tool for people ages 14-65 years. Utilizing approved Person-Centered Planning tools in the development of the Person-Centered Service Plan will be a new requirement. Updating employment, volunteer activities, and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) screens in USTEPS has changed from being updated every six months to at least annually. Visitation requirements have been updated to include a minimum 60-day face to face visitation requirement for all service codes.
